Our products, the osmica

The name derives from "osem," which in Slovenian means "eight"; indeed, eight were the days that Maria Theresa of Austria had granted to the agricultural farms of Trieste to sell the surplus of what they had produced from their lands.

Over the years, the eight-day formula has been extended, but the essence of the osmiza has remained the same: a familiar place to enjoy salami, cheeses, and wines.

At our Osmiza, we invite you to taste our cured meats, our wines, and cheeses from local producers.

Delight in our homemade desserts by Marisa, and enjoy our liqueurs under our walnut tree.

To find us, you can use the old method and follow the characteristic symbol of the "frasca," which will guide you to an experience of taste and tradition.
